The Clever is a low-maintenance and easy-to-use brew method. Get all the richness of a french press with a cleaner mouthfeel and no sediment.
The Clever is a steep-and-release method. Drop a #4 filter in, add your ground coffee and hot water and let it sit for about four minutes. Then place it on your mug or serving vessel and the bottom valve will open, allowing the coffee to drip right in.
