Everyday Gourmet Coffee Roasters does not accept returns or provide cash refunds. However, if there is a problem with your with your beans, please contact us with your concerns, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.

*We charge a $10.00 flat fee for handling and shipping.
*We ship whole beans. If you want us to grind your order we can – Please send us
an email and let us know.
*We ship utilizing Canada Post Priority mail.
